SEMES signed a work agreement with the Minister of Employment Labor, Lee Jeong-sik,

for "Co-operation Academy for Large/Small and Medium Enterprises".

"Co-operation Academy for Large/Small and Medium Enterprises" is a project implemented from this year

to improve the dual structure of the labor market in the field of education and training.

Under the government's support, it is a project to share education and training programs

used by large companies for their workers with even small and medium-sized workers such as partners,

and in addition to SEMES, several large companies, including POSCO and SK Energy, participated together

Through this agreement, SEMES will support the continuous career development and growth of its partner workers,

and will practice shared growth for improving the dual structure of the labor market and win-win cooperation.
